July’s 10 most popular books of the month was really a change with titles about female scientists knocking out regular favourites from the monthly Top 10. Their presence was no doubt influenced by the highly popular 10 Great Books on Women in Science where they were featured. Headstrong topped the list with The Door in the Dream  and Rosalind Franklin highlighting the importance and popularity of women in science.
