July’s 10 most popular books of the month was really a change with titles about female scientists knocking out regular favourites from the monthly Top 10. Their presence was no doubt influenced by the highly popular 10 Great Books on Women in Science where they were featured. Headstrong topped the list with The Door in the Dream  and Rosalind Franklin highlighting the importance and popularity of women in science. We need more titles like these! New entries also included The Chimp and the RiverThe Earth and a book looking at the psyche of our favourite caped crusader in Batman and Psychology.
