May’s 10 most popular books of the month included some regular favourites, but I am happy to see Michael Gordin’s fascinating Scientific Babel make the list. David Quammen’s The Chimp and the River continued its stay on the list while The Artist & The Scientists, and Lee Smolin’s The Singular Universe reminded us the space and scientific illustration are still important in science.
