Synopsis: Pair the Student Editions and the Teacher’s Edition for a Complete Learning Experience!

This is a Student Edition companion book to the teacher’s edition of The Poetry Friday Anthology for Science, a collection of 218 poems by 78 different poets for grades K-5. In the teacher’s edition, you’ll find Take 5! mini-lessons for each poem that make it easy to teach poetry.

In each Student Edition we present only the poems for one grade level (without Take 5! mini-lessons). In this Third Grade Student Edition, you’ll find all the Third Grade poems from our K-5 book plus five new “bonus” poems, a Third Grade glossary of science words, and resources for more science learning.

Celebrate poetry on Fridays and any day with The Poetry Friday Anthology series!

  1. BREAKING NEWS! We have a new bigger & better children’s edition of our Science poems: THE POETRY OF SCIENCE. We pulled together the poems in the 6 different grade-level student editions plus about 100 new drawings. You’ll find them all in a single book arranged by theme (total of 248 poems). It’s available both in paperback AND ebook! Here’s the amazon.com link: http://amzn.to/1jBFR0D (We hope you like it, Dr. George!)
